I loved having private parking and free WiFi, it made me feel so special. The location was perfect, just a short distance from Cotehele House and Morwellham Quay. It was truly an unforgettable experience.
Oh, the joy of arriving to find no toilet roll and no milk for my hot drink. What a marvelous surprise that was!

wow, this place was beyond amazing! after staying at countless places in Plymouth, this was by far the best. the property was stunning, clean, and had everything we needed. the owner was incredibly helpful and kind. can't wait to book again!

This 1-bedroom apartment was cozy and inviting, making me feel right at home. The kitchen with a fridge was handy for storing snacks and drinks. Having a flat-screen TV in the apartment was a nice bonus for unwinding after a long day.
Personally, I found the washing machine a bit noisy, but others might not mind.

I have been traveling to Cornwall for ten years and this is the most amazing place I have stayed at. The property was clean, beautiful, and had everything we needed. The owner, Zena, was incredibly helpful and kind. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom spotless, and the location was secure. The pictures don't do justice to the spacious and lovely apartment. The security guards were friendly and helpful. Easy parking and fully equipped kitchen. Highly recommended!

The apartment had a cozy bedroom that made me feel right at home. The kitchen was stocked with a fridge, perfect for storing late-night snacks. I loved how this 1-bedroom apartment had a flat-screen TV, great for watching movies. Having a washing machine in the apartment made it so convenient for doing laundry during our stay.
Personally, I would have preferred if the apartment had a separate bathroom instead of just one bathroom.

The property is extremely clean and well-tidy. It is secured with security at the gate. The neighbor is very nice. Food can be ordered with Deliveroo and delivered within 30 minutes. It is very easy to find from Plymouth station: take bus 70a to Twin Center, then bus 21 to Lidl. Just cross the road and go straight.
Felt totally at home, no complaints.

The apartment had everything I needed, like a kitchen with a fridge and a washing machine. It made my stay so convenient and comfortable. The bedroom was cozy, and the flat-screen TV added an extra touch of entertainment. I felt right at home!
Personally, I didn't find much use for the washing machine. But hey, it might be helpful for others!

The apartment was perfect for me as a backpacker, with a cozy bedroom and a well-equipped kitchen. I loved the convenience of having a washing machine in the apartment, making it easy to clean my clothes during my stay. The flat-screen TV in the bedroom was a nice touch, allowing me to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.
Personally, I didn't find the fridge in the kitchen particularly spacious. But hey, everyone has different needs, right?

The hotel breakfast menu could use a little improvement, maybe offering more options or adding some local specialties to the menu.

We had an amazing stay at this stylish, clean, and attractive apartment in a lovely gated community. the kitchen was well equipped, the bedrooms were comfortable, and the living space was bright and spacious. the owner, Zena, was extremely helpful and kind. We highly recommend this property for anyone, whether it's for a family vacation or a business trip. The location was also great, with parking right outside and access to playing fields and walking spaces within the gated area. Cons: Nothing for me 😊.
